TELEHEALTH SESSIONS

At this time, Anchorage Counseling is conducting telehealth sessions ONLY. In person sessions may resume at some point in 2021....check back for updates!!



TO PREPARE FOR VIDEO SESSIONS:  Anchorage Counseling, LLC uses a HIPAA compliant platform called VSee Messenger, which is free to create an account. You will need to sign up online and use a computer with a camera or download the app on your smartphone. 

1. Simply create a new account with any valid email. 

2. During the time of your session, make sure you are logged in and in a quiet, private place allowing for confidentiality. Your therapist will then video call you at the start time.
